As an existing customer who has ordered with us before, we offer many payment options:
We offer two types of direct debit payment, these are:
Monthly Direct Debit - Your account balance will be uplifted direct from your bank account on the 10th of the month.
Budget Payment Account - The cost of your heating oil is split into manageable monthly payments throughout the year and can be debited from your account on a day of your choice. This is our most popular method of payment.
Unfortunately we can only offer the budget payment account to our domestic heating oil customers.
You can make a payment directly to our bank through your internet banking. We do ask that you include your account number as the payment reference if paying by BAC’s so that we can match the payment to your account.
Payment by credit or debit card can be made securely through our website at any time. Visit the ‘Pay Online’ page and follow the instructions given.
Credit or debit card payments can be made in person at our depot sites or over the telephone. To make a telephone payment please contact our finance department on 01343 557 466.
If you are not part of our budget payment account, payment would be due by the 10th of the month following delivery of your order.
It is important to note that we cannot accept payment direct to the driver at the time of delivery. Instead payment would need to be made by one of the options listed above.
If you are placing your first order with Gleaner, we do ask for payment up-front at the time your order is placed. For subsequent orders however, you can choose to pay for your delivery by any of the above options, including our budget payment account.
Our finance department is based at our Elgin Head Office and deals with all of the financial and credit control enquiries for our account holders.
