Our usual delivery times are Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Delivery out with these times would only be considered for orders deemed an emergency and would be at the discretion of our Lubricants Manager
Our delivery time on average is within 2-3 working days under normal circumstances. However this can vary for a number of reasons. Our most common reasons for a longer delivery time would be having a large number of orders to fulfil, the delivery location and stock availability. Our delivery time will increase to between 10-14 working days on average for products which are not currently in stock.
Our availability to offer same-day deliveries varies. How busy a depot is and the availability of the product ordered will impact our ability to offer same-day deliveries. We can also offer collection from our depots if we are unable to make a delivery, so long as the product ordered is in stock.
Please consult our lubricants team in regards to same-day deliveries and collections.
We do not have a minimum quantity required to place an order. However, we only offer lubricant and grease products in predetermined packsizes. The packsizes available vary depending on the product, starting from 400gram cartridges to 1000litre IBC’s. If you would like more information on our packsizes please contact our lubricants team.
Please Note: It is sometimes necessary for us to utilise a courier service in order to make deliveries. Deliveries requiring a courier may be subject to a carriage charge depending on the delivery location and size. Delivery details and charges will be explained and confirmed at the time an order is placed.
