Our Top-up service provides a steady supply of heating oil or bulk gas throughout the year. We automatically fill your tank at scheduled intervals, so you can relax knowing your tank stays topped up—no matter the weather.
To ensure smooth service, please let us know if your fuel usage changes. We’ll adjust the delivery schedule to match your needs.
How much do we Top-up your tank with?
The Gleaner top-up service provides tank fills only. This means we fill your tank. Minimum delivery is 500 litres. You do not specify the volume of your delivery.
What are the benefits of automatic fuel top-up?
Peace of mind – Your delivery schedule is based on your order history. It is less likely that you will run dry.
Hassle free – Don’t worry about placing fuel orders. We will automatically do this for you.
How can I pay for my fuel?
As a top up customer. we ask that you join our budget payment plan. Organising an agreed direct debit monthly payment with our credit control team ensures you avoid any unexpected bills.
How is my monthly payment decided?
The payment is based on your annual usage. Our credit control team will advise you of what monthly payment is required to cover your annual usage.
As with your top-up delivery schedule, this monthly payment can be revised if your fuel usage increases or decreases.

need a Top-Up?
Personalised Top-Up Service for Your Fuel Needs
We recognise that fuel consumption varies by individual. That’s why we tailor your top-up intervals based on your purchase history to create a delivery schedule that fits your needs.
For new customers, we start with approximately every 90 days in the first year, as we don’t yet have your purchase history. During this time, we encourage you to monitor your fuel levels and notify us to help adjust the delivery frequency.
