IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Due to the ongoing volatility in global energy markets resulting from the conflict in the Middle East, fuel prices are currently subject to significant daily fluctuations. As a result, we are unable to confirm pricing at the time an order is placed. All orders will therefore be priced on the working day prior to delivery.
You will receive an email order confirmation the day before your delivery, clearly stating the price in pence per litre and the total order value, inclusive of VAT. Upon receipt of this confirmation, if you do not wish to proceed at the confirmed price, you must notify us immediately to cancel the order.
Please also note that if your account has exceeded your agreed credit limit or has an outstanding balance, payment of the outstanding amount must be made on the same day. If payment is not received promptly, the order will be cancelled. Should you still require delivery, a new order will need to be placed and will be priced at the prevailing market rate at that time.
