| The charge for answering emergency calls shall be the rate appropriate to the day on which the work is carried out. |

| Weekends and Public Holidays: |
| £66.00 first ½ hour, per visit, plus £26.00 for each additional ½ hour or fraction thereof. |
| Christmas & New Year |
| £150.00 first ½ hour, per visit, plus £70.00 for each additional ½ hour or fraction thereof. |
| Non Contract – Routine Service |
| £92.00 (first 1 hour, per visit, plus £56.00 for each additional hour, only available on weekdays. |
| Non Contract – Emergency Call-Out |
| The charge for answering emergency calls on demand shall be the rate appropriate to the day on which the work is carried out. |

| £67.00 first ½ hour, per visit, plus £37.00 for each additional ½ hour or fraction thereof. |
